Payments and all co-pays for therapy must be paid on the day of the appointment. Receipts are provided at the time of therapy.

I accept several major insurance plans and am considered *in network* with Carefirst/BCBS, Cigna/Evernoth, and United health insurance plans.  Private pay is also accepted and superbills will be provided to claim *out of network* OON benefits. 

Account statements and receipts are provided and may allow reimbursement through your  insurance company.  ​
